If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password? link on the Sign in to SWDirect Ltd page. You will be sent an email with a secure link to create a new password. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email. If the link does not arrive, please email us or call us.
To help the SW Direct IT support team deal with your request quickly, include:
* A clear description of the problem
* Any error messages on the screen
* The software or device you are using
* Screenshots or files, if possible
* If it relates to cloud services, let us know which provider the issue is with – Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Linode and then whether the issue is with email hosting, file storage, backup, or remote access.
* If the problem is affecting multiple users or just your account.
Our support desk is open during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). We aim to reply within two hours for most queries. Critical issues are given priority in line with your service agreement.

When you raise a ticket, you will receive an email with a reference number. You can log into the client portal to track progress or reply to the confirmation email for updates.
