Josh is the first point of contact for most customer inquiries at SWDirect Ltd, a leading provider of professional IT services. As the manager of our 1st/2nd line systems, he plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support. Josh joined the company in February 2020 and has quickly become a valued and important member of the team in his spare time he enjoys gaming, fishing and socialising with friends.
